This Virtual SABCS will be held on December 8-11, 2020 and is available at a reduced registration fee. The session and presentation titles for the Virtual Meeting, as well as a link to the registration site, are posted on the SABCS website and mobile app.

We look forward to having you participate in the virtual SABCS with other conference participants from around the world. The program committee and reviewers have worked hard to create a program consisting of the best quality, state-of-the-art work in breast cancer. The official SABCS begins on Tuesday, December 8 at 8:00 am with Opening Remarks from the Symposium Co-Directors. This will be followed by a Special Session on COVID19 and Breast Cancer. Also being presented is a Special Session presented by Tigerlily Foundation & AACR on Health Equity, Collaboration and Partnership. Workshops, a session on global breast cancer screening and twelve Educational Sessions complete the day. Many of these sessions will provide attendees with a better understanding of the background leading up to talks they will hear in the succeeding days, and some of the techniques that will be used. These presentations should also provide researchers with ideas and techniques to be considered for their own studies.

The program continues Wednesday through Friday featuring plenary and award talks, mini-symposia, forums, poster sessions, spotlight sessions, works in progress, and discussion sessions. You will have the opportunity to participate in conversations with experts and network with leading researchers, academics and practitioners from around the world. Friday features a lively debate.  The online schedule shows all sessions, including time and location.

This year, 27 Chairs, supported by volunteer reviewers, screened and commented on over 1000 submissions. In addition, several dozen volunteers worked many hours to ensure a successful conference; without their commitment our conference would be impossible. A very special thank you goes to all who helped.

  • Release of Abstracts. Abstracts scheduled for presentation in the Virtual SABCS will be posted online on Tuesday, November 17.
  • SABCS Presentations. Slides and presentations of the 2020 Virtual SABCS will be made available to all registered attendees.
