There’s still time to take advantage of early-registration pricing for the 2024 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium®. Register today to secure discounted in-person or virtual access to educational sessions, workshops, awards presentations, posters, and more at this year’s meeting, to be held December 10-13.
All registered attendees will have access to live streamed and on-demand sessions through the 2024 SABCS® app and virtual meeting platform, which will allow viewers to ask questions during sessions and claim CME/MOC credit afterward. All attendees will be able to request a Certificate of Attendance in the program app.
Additionally, in-person attendees will enjoy access to the SABCS® Exhibit Hall, including exhibitor product theater presentations and special attendee amenities such as the SABCS® Networking Hub, the Wellness Lounge, the Headshot Lounge, and the all-new SABCS® Culinary Corner. In-person attendees will also be treated to an evening of live entertainment at the inaugural SABCS® Celebration. Complimentary continental breakfast will be served daily, and light refreshments will be offered during certain events.
Registration and housing
Act before 11:59 p.m. CT on October 11 for early-registration discounts on in-person and virtual registrations. Members or faculty and staff of the meeting co-organizers, the AACR and UT Health San Antonio, are eligible for registration discounts, regardless of timing. Patient advocates and practitioners in training, including residents, postdoctoral fellows, and students, also are eligible for discounts, as are international attendees, based on country of practice. A helpful table of registration pricing and discounts is available online on the official SABCS® website.
Housing reservations for individual attendees will be accepted through November 18 via the SABCS® website. Group reservations also are available through October 21. A maximum number of rooms can be requested at certain nearby hotels; be sure to check the SABCS® website for details.
Late-breaking abstract submission
Although the general call for abstracts has closed, submission for late-breaking abstracts is open through September 30. Late-breaking abstracts are defined as those data that alter the current understanding of the basic science of breast cancer or those that are of value to patients in both the research and clinical phases. Most, if not all, of the late-breaking abstracts will be displayed as posters.
All abstract submitters may log in through the SABCS® abstract portal to communicate with meeting staff.
